We developed Train the Trainer for the person who is running the education department in your company. That may be you, a senior service provider, etc. We'll spend 2 days taking your manual and turning it into classes your team actually gets excited about. We'll cover how adults learn (this is important!), how to plan a lesson, how to run live demonstrations, model calls, and how to give feedback that positively impacts future behavior.
