What is Incubator?

The foundation behind a stronger beauty business.

There’s a lot to figure out as an owner. How much can you afford to pay? Is your pricing working? Why is everyone busy, but cash still feels tight? How do you get the whole team working toward the same goals?

Incubator brings those conversations together. Strategies’ foundational business program connects leadership, cash-flow planning, pricing, team communication and client retention to the decisions you make every day.

You’ll work with the systems behind four business outcomes: profitability, productivity, customer loyalty and staff retention. Each part of the curriculum builds toward an implementation plan for your company.

Questions about Incubator

What is Strategies Incubator?

Incubator is Strategies’ foundational business training program for salon, spa and medspa owners. It connects cash-flow planning, leadership, service pricing, team communication and client retention, with an implementation roadmap for your company.

Is Incubator useful if I already own an established salon or spa?

Yes. The curriculum starts with business fundamentals, but the questions apply to established companies too: payroll, cash flow, productivity, service consistency and team accountability. Owners can use the program to examine how their current systems work together.

Can my manager or leadership team attend?

Managers and key team members can learn the same planning and communication systems alongside the owner. Check your selected session for attendee options and pricing, or ask our team about attending together.

What will I work on during Incubator?

The curriculum covers a working Cash Flow Plan, Scoreboards and team huddles, cost per hour and service pricing, client retention, and an implementation roadmap. These tools connect your company’s financial plan with the work your team does each day.

How does Incubator relate to Team-Based Pay?

Incubator introduces the Team-Based Business Model as part of a broader business curriculum. You can explore that approach while working on cash flow, leadership, pricing and service systems. Learn how Team-Based Pay works, and talk with Strategies about your current compensation model before choosing a session.

How should I prepare?

Come with the business questions you want to work through. Financial planning is part of the curriculum; follow your session’s preparation instructions for which reports, business information or equipment to bring. Contact our team if you need help preparing.

Is Incubator online or in person, and what does registration include?

Format, schedule, educators, venue, ticket options, materials and software access belong to the individual session. Review its details and registration information before booking; the program overview does not replace those terms.

What comes after Incubator?
