Brett Pierce, a Strategies Master Coach, and Barbara Pierce, Director of Education, acquired the company after the retirement of founder Neil Ducoff.

Brett and Barbara’s journey with Strategies began as clients in 2006, when they discovered the transformative impact of Strategies’ approach on their own business, The Masters Salon in Huntsville, Alabama. Inspired by their experiences, Brett joined Strategies as a coach in 2013, followed by Barbara in 2015. Since then, both have dedicated themselves to advancing Strategies’ mission by empowering beauty business owners through education, systems, and leadership training.

“Our love of the industry was the key reason we wanted to do this. But this amazing team was our driving force, knowing what we can accomplish together to move this industry forward,” Barbara shares, reflecting on their decision to purchase Strategies. Barbara’s background in education, combined with her passion for the beauty industry, has uniquely positioned her to help salon and spa owners grow. Brett, with deep industry roots as co-owner of The Masters Salon, has been instrumental in championing Strategies' No-Compromise Leadership principles.
