Your Incubator tuition includes access to the four-day intensive training, a private coaching session with a Certifed Strategies Coach at the event, continental breakfast, catered lunch, and all-day snacks and beverages, and an interactive digital workbook.
Nope! Just about every type of business in the beauty industry has been through Incubator...from salons, spas, medspas, barbershops, nail salons, lash studios, you name it! In fact, we've had a few non-beauty industry companies attend Incubator over the years, and they've left incredibly inspired about how prepared they are to grow their companies moving forward.
The short answer is all sizes! The fundamentals of growing a successful company and being an inspiring and confident leader apply to companies of all shapes and sizes. Yes, the dynamics are different between a single-operator company versus a chain with a few hundred service providers. We've had them all in Incubator, and the content was a perfect fit for all of them.
100% yes! In fact, you're at the perfect time to attend because you have the excellent opportunity to start your business the "right" way and won't have to work through making any changes when you get back to your company.
Absolutely! While we will cover the details and advantages of Team-Based Pay, compensation is just one small part of the Team-Based Business Model taught at the Incubator. If your pay program isn't broken, we'll never suggest you "fix" it. But we will give you the tools, systems, and confidence to build and lead a profitable, efficient and inspiring company.
Incubator is perfect for owners, managers, and/or anyone in a key leadership role. While not required, we also highly suggest you bring at least one person with you. The reason? We cover a LOT of information in our four days together, so it's nice to have someone else work through it with you when it's time to implement what you've learned.

Seminar cancellation (if not in coaching with Strategies): Cancellation within 14 days of the event, a cancellation fee of $250 per person will be assessed with the balance held as a credit towards a future event.
