It’s time for the No-Compromise Leadership road trip

Mid-term elections are in full swing with candidates stomping around the countryside pontificating how their versions of change are best. Well, I too have a message that I need to share with as many leaders as I can reach.

Businesses survive and thrive, or struggle and die, based on the thinking, behaviors and decisions of their leaders. Leaders must find the extra 20% that exists in most areas of their businesses, from profitability to productivity. Execution is non-negotiable. Things don’t get better by waiting. Problems don’t solve themselves. Are you ready to act? Are you ready to become a no-compromise leader?

I’m ready to act. Over the next 10 months, I plan to conduct No-Compromise Leadership workshops in as many cities across the US and Canada as possible. To accomplish this, I’m going to need help in each city to secure a venue and assist with basic logistics. Most of all, I’m going to need help spreading the word about each one-day workshop to fill seats.


Here’s how you can help:

  • Be my point person in your city: Find a venue that can comfortably accommodate 25 - 50 people. It can be a classroom, conference or meeting room, small theater, auditorium, etc. It just needs to be conducive to learning and convenient for attendees to get to. We’ll need the venue for one day (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.).

  • Promote the workshop to your fellow business leaders: If you belong to a business group or network, such as a trade association, Chamber of Commerce, Rotary or mentor group, you can really help spread the word. We’ll provide e-mail templates and PDF promotional pieces for distribution. Of course, Strategies will also aggressively promote the locations and dates. You’ll be listed as a partner of the workshop.

  • A box of books gets you one seat: This is all about spreading the No-Compromise Leadership word. The cost for a seat is one box (24 books) of my No-Compromise Leadership book at $19.95 each. The book retails for $24.95. Sell them and your seat is essentially free. Give them away and you’re really paying it forward and spreading the word.

  • Cities I want to speak in: Of course, I want to speak in major cities like New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, Minneapolis, Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle. As long as you can be my point person, I will consider coming to any marketplace.
