I love helping people see themselves clearly, understand what’s underneath their knee-jerk reactions, and transform that awareness into growth. I bring calm, clarity, and curiosity into spaces that need grounded reflection and forward movement.
- A hard lesson that made me a better educator: Learning to overcome imposter syndrome. For a long time, I didn’t feel ready or believe I had much to bring to the table. It took supportive people reflecting my accomplishments back to me to realize that confidence grows through action. Now, I teach from that space — helping others trust that they already have what it takes to make meaningful steps forward.
