How End-Game Coaching Works:

End-Game Coaching is a minimum of 4-month, no quit, commitment.
High accountability: Two online coaching sessions per month for four months. You'll work with multiple Strategies Coaches to maximize expertise.
We start with an estimated valuation of your business based on established key ratios.
Based on that estimated valuation, we will help you set realistic 12-month, 3-year, 5-year, and 10-year valuation targets. It all depends on your desired exit timeline.
We'll assess your Critical Numbers and provide target goals and timelines for each.
We'll do an in-depth assessment of your current culture and leadership structure, with a plan to optimize each.
We'll discuss strategies to build consistent Net Profit and grow cash reserves.
We'll explore various selling strategies, including sale to employee(s) and select buyers — including advantages and disadvantages of seller financing.
We'll build a healthy and impressive Balance Sheet that communicates high value.
