Strategies’ new Internal Training Intensive workshop is a four-day program that will provide you with an overview of our 12-month Internal Training Program membership by taking you on a deep-dive into the core four pillars essential to any training program in the beauty service industry:

  • Consultation

During these four hands-on sessions, you will be provided with dozens of templates and spreadsheets along with all the tips and tricks to build your company’s internal training program.

You will leave will leave the Internal Training Intensive with the foundational content to complete and build your company’s internal training program.

Day One: Building Your Internal Training Program (ITP)
Building your company’s internal training program requires a deep dive into understanding your company’s core services. Using our Core Service Assessment process you will have absolute clarity in how to define your company’s skill requirements and build your Broadbands by department.

You will also learn how to build your Skill Set One Service Manual and your training program schedule so that you know what you’re teaching and when.

Day Two: Onboarding
Onboarding is one of the most important things you will ever do with your new hires. It’s how you integrate new employees into your culture and systems that make your brand unique — before you teach them the technical skills they need to succeed.

On Day Two of the ITI Workshop, we’ll take you through a step-by-step process to build your onboarding process in real-time.

We will also dive deep into:

  • How to build your onboarding presentation
  • What say and what stories to tell
  • How to communicate your business model
  • How to teach your internal systems
  • How to complete the most basic skill certification so that every new hire will know why you do what you do, how to be a part of building your “WE” culture, and exactly how they will grow in your company.

Day Three: Happiness 2.0
The Happiness System ensures that on every visit, all clients are accurately charged and receive professional recommendations. It also ensures that guest service team members are seamlessly and accurately checking out each guest, pre-booking their next appointment and selling the service providers home care recommendations. At its core, Happiness drives the five critical outcomes in any beauty service business:

  • New client retention
  • Existing client retention
  • Pre-booking
  • Retailing
  • Productivity

Day Three focuses on constructing consultations and tracking systems to ensure clients receive desired results, professional maintenance and home care recommendations.

You will complete Day Three with absolute clarity on how your company performs consultations and how your guest care team reports results. More importantly, you’ll learn how to get everyone to hold themselves accountable to make sure these processes are done right…every time.

Day Four: Skill Certification & ReTrain
How do we, as leaders, know that our team knows what they’re supposed to? We skill certify them!

Skill Certification is an essential ingredient in building a team that can deliver consistency to every client on every visit — No Compromise!

On the final day of the ITI Workshop, you will build a simple and concise process that guarantees your team members know (and can deliver) what you have taught them. You’ll also learn how to apply Skill Certification to your most seasoned team members through a process called ReTrain. ReTrain is a powerful method required in any training program that will reignite your existing team, as well as provide you, the leader, certainty in their grasp of core skills.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation within 30 days of the event: A refund will be issued for the amount paid, less a $250 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation within 14 days of the event: A cancellation fee of $250 per person will be assessed with the balance held as a credit towards a future event.
