Calling all Team-Based Pay salons, spas, and medspas!

Strategies is excited to announce that entries are now open for the 9th annual Team-Based Pay Awards. All entries are due July 26, 2023. Enter here.

The Team-Based Pay Awards were created to celebrate and honor the superior performance and financial successes of salons, spas and medspas that are currently using Strategies’ Team-Based Business Model and the Team-Based Pay compensation program.

This year we are excited to introduce the "Team of the Year" award category. This category can only be entered by teams.

The winners will be announced during the TBP Awards ceremony, taking place at this year's Team-Based Experience in Scottsdale, AZ on October 1-2. Info and tickets here.
