Here's the standard agenda for a Team-Based Pay Conversion:
Prior to arrival: In an effort to gain a firm understanding of the current state of your business, your Certified Strategies Coach will thorougly review both your financial and performance reports. Access to this information will make your coach's work go by much easier and faster once they are on-site. This period also allows both parties the opportunity to discuss any "reg flag" items should they arise.
Any questions or concerns from ownership/management will be addressed.
New starting pay will be calculated for each employee.
A 12-month cash-flow plan will be built utilizing the company's new payroll numbers. (Our goal is to create a cash-flow plan with a service payroll of 30-35% of total sales.)
A Broadband Pay Scale will be created/fine-tuned in an effort to accurately define service providers' growth potential in the business.
Point of sale software will be analyzed to confirm whether or not performance requirements can be accurately measured and reported.
Staff meeting to introduce the new pay program (facilitated by your Certified Strategies Coach).
One-on-one meetings with each team member to introduce their new base salary, explanation of their increased earning potentional through Team Bonus and Broadband criteria, and to address any questions/concerns they may have. (Remember, no one ever gets a pay cut!)
After the event: You'll obviously have many questions in the days and weeks following your conversion. You will receive full email and phone support from you Certified Strategies Coach during this period.
