Incubator Grad Two

For: Owners & managers (Must be Incubator & Grad One graduates)

Incubator Grad Two is the third and final step in the Strategies Growth Path.

You will continue to future-proof the culture, systems and growth potential of your Team-Based Pay system. By this time, you will have already been “living” Team-Based Pay within your business. Grad Two shifts the attention to refining how the owner, manager and leadership team use and communicate the TBP systems, as well as developing a greater understanding of what you are doing and why.

Just as in Grad One, you will be held accountable for your progress – very accountable.

You will learn to break through the revenue ceiling of your current business and begin enjoying a higher level of success. You will also be challenged and inspired by your fellow classmates as you share in your discoveries of the disciplines the Team-Based Pay model.
