How easy is it to use?
All you need is internet access and a phone line! If you can navigate to a Web site and dial a phone, you're qualified! No special computer knowledge is needed!

Do I need special software?
No.

Will I be able to ask questions?
The sessions are completely interactive. Ask questions, participate in class polls ... all in real time with a Strategies educator!

How much does it cost?
NOTHING! All Strategies Webinars are free! Please note registration is for ONE COMPUTER per business.

How long are the sessions?
Most sessions are 50 minutes with a 10 minute Q&A session to follow.

How does it work?
The sessions are powered by Webex, the leading online meeting technology. It's as easy as logging onto a web site!

Is there a limit on attendance?
Yes...so please register now!

What will I need to attend an online seminar?

A computer with an Internet connection to view the presentation and phone to dial into the audio portion.

What if I miss the class?
A recorded version of each Webinar will be available for purchase for $24.95 if you miss the live event.

How do I configure my computer?
Webex will walk you through this easy process once you access the meeting.

Can both Windows and Mac computers access webinars and recorded versions?
